Sodomy and more sodomy

It's a stunning revelation. Call it explosive. Private investigator P. Balasubramaniam - who was engaged by Abdul Razak Baginda - has made some very serious allegations in a statutory declaration implicating the DPM and Mongolian translator Altantuya. Balasubramaniam is claiming his allegations - which he told the cops when he was detained for seven days - were omitted from the statement he signed. The former SB officer has made very incredulous claims ranging from a US$500,000 commission for a submarine purchase deal to anal sex in his 16-page statutory declaration. Even though it is a statutory declaration, bloggers and the media have to consider the legal implications of the content. Everyone is now waiting for a reaction from the DPM office. The latest salvo from Anwar looks like retaliation following last week's sodomy allegation. Malaysians cannot be blamed if we do not know what to believe anymore. Separating fiction, allegations and facts have become impossible in Malaysian politics as the crisis deepens. But as of now, the Bursa Malaysia still cannot resume trading because of a computer glitch. The back-up system isn't even working, traders are told. Even the computer system has been screwed, or is it sodomised?

From what i see now , it's Najib vs Anwar . But the winner will be KJ and not Badawi .

Now, it is interesting.First the case of sodomy of Anwar by a U dropout and then new revelation of a former PI of Abdul Razak Baginda implicating Najib was involved in the murder of Altantuya's case.I believe more to come and let's keep our fingers crossed.

This is explosive to the core and somewhat scary. Even sodomy, kind of taboo word for Malaysians must now take a back seat. With this declaration, the tremor is now on the richter scale of 10, and could even shake the foundations of this country. Since this case involved so many high-profiled people, who should be prosecuting and do the investigating? Mind boggling just to think of it. This will surely wake PM up for a long time!

I think I shall copyright this saga and sell it to Hollywood and make meself a RICH lady!! woo hoo!! splendid....

I am so ashamed to be known as a Malaysian... I am governed by a bunch of moronic goonies who cannot even spin something brilliantly... what more govern me! Sigh... It is a sad day in Malaysian history.....

Grammar:

You mean "or has it been sodomised?"

Anonymous said...

Yes, it's so coincidental that the KLSE is "sodomised" at the same time.

As of now, I'm more concerned about the future of this country than anything else. It's too much of a political fight.

The truth will always be revealed, lookslike its no longer a fight for political survival but life! Rakyat believe in Statutory declarations because there is no longer trust in Judiciary, AG and Police to handle reports/complaints. , especially Statutory Declarations made by people in the lower strata of society where they are not politically motivated or money motivated but motivated by their conscience and moral responsibility to justice, fairness, transparency in government and society at large.

I am so sick and tired of hearing this profanity. I tried so hard to shield my teen aged children 10 years ago from the filth and pornographic revelations on TV and newspapers.
Now, I have to do the same for my grandchildren!!
There is no honor, decency and morals amongst the politicians and the sycophantic media, police and judiciary.
God save Malaysia!!
Datuk,as a church going person, please make a difference, by being noble and standing for the truth.. You will be answerable to God in the hereafter!!

Wah, unchartered territories seems to be the talk of the day. Maybe only those who have been there will know the .... what, how, extra, fantastic, delicious. We dare not to venture. What suddenly now somebody comes with another SD and say that Altantuya had a few rounds with the PI and that the friend of the PI, who - Saras also had a few rounds with Amy and while they are in the hotel Altantuya told this guy that they had an orgy. It can go on and on isn't it. My question is, a statutory declaration should be a statutory declaration. Not hearsay, peoples' saying, reliable source and so on so forth. They better get SD's in order, if not many people can cari makan during these hard times.

COHGU (crude oil has gone up)

Bala came up with SD ? Why Bala? hmmmmm big money big money

BlueMoon said...

Yes, Malaysians from all walk of life are now very confused. We simply do not know who is talking the truth and who is lying. Today the DPM came out very strongly denying any connection with the murder's victim. On the other hand DSAI is very convinced with the contents of Bala's statutory declaration. Based on their facial reactions, DSAI appears slightly more agitated and worried. However, this does not indicate anything.

Statutory declaration, in my opinion, no matter where and how it was produced, cannot be used in public let alone an instrument before the court. Especially any SD attempting to implicate and degrade others. I disagree with one of the Bala's lawyers when he said that his client was reporting facts and figures based on information that he received. Whether or not they are true or false is completely different matter. Anotherwords it is possible for someone to draft SD based on hearsays.

I wonder what people in the legal circles have got to say about SD.

Malaysia land of smile and obedience
Tourists appreciate our friendliness
And the warm hospitality………….
Now they will see different light
About Malaysians way of life

The political storm brewing
New allegations in SD……
What will the reaction of those involved?
Keep quiet and let the storm blow over?

Don’t forget to wear your crash helmet
Malaysia becomes the talk of the town
‘Too fast too furious’ on the private tracks
The sequel more explosive than the original

The politics of Brutus
Sex and the sin city
The fall guys and the lap dogs
Running and barking on the streets

The mind pumping hard
The fast tracks the hard wind
Reaching out for a taste
Malaysians don’t want to loose the game

What will the Police do?
In limbo waiting for instructions
The slow responses self dials collapse
Nobody wants to answer………

Private affairs none of my concern
Murder and abetment surely I want to know
The persons involved must be charged
No special treatment in the eyes of the law

With all these allegations in the open
One family is sitting quietly smiling away
They know their plans work on schedule
Let the ambition ones fight it out
Then they can take over…………..
But the Rakyat know the cunning way
They can’t escape when the final curtain falls
The people power rule the day

May be tomorrow your Star will scream:

1. Najib: All lies

2. Najib: Red Herring

3. Najib: As Innocent as a child.

Ha ha ha! People have a long way and I finf quite interesting how they enjoy you.

Furthermore:

Najib said he has never met Saiful Bukhari and that he has come to his office for scholarship and met his right hand man. Today, he has admitted that he has met few days before he lodged a report against Anwar. Here there is a catch and definately Najib needs to answer many many questions.

JUST KNOW THAT A STATUTORY DECLARATION CARRIES WITH IT LEGAL CONSEQUENCES IF FOUND TO BE UNTRUE.
SO FAR FROM ANWAR'S CAMP, TWO STATUTORY DECLARATIONS HAD BEEN SUBMITTED. THOUGH THESE DOCUMENTS NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED TO VERIFY
THE TRUTH, I WOULD BET ON THOSE WHO ARE BRAVE ENOUGH TO PUT THEIR NAMES ON THE DOTTED LINE, AGAINST PEOPLE OF HIGH PLACES. SO FAR,SUSPICIOUSLY, NO APPROACH HAS BEEN MADE TO RAJA PETRA TO VERIFY HIS CLAIMS.
BUT EFFORTS WERE FAST AND FURIOUS IN THE INVESTIGATION AGAINST ANWAR IBRAHIM.
I WILL NOT BE SURPRISE IF SOME KIND OF 'EVIDENCE' IS FOUND ON THE BODY OF THIS SAIFU FELLA.
LOOKING AT HIS PICTURE IN TODAY'S
NEWSPAPERS,IN ALL MY LIFE THIS IS PERHAPS THE FIRST TIME I SEE A RAPED VICTIM WAVING TO NEWS MEDIA SMILING AS IF HE ENJOYS THE ATTENTION. NEED I SAY MORE?

Now, now, the story deepens and Malaysians will have a high price to pay for all the follies of our government.

It all starts with two big lusts:
a) Lust for illicit money
b) Lust for illicit sex

There is an old Chinese saying:
All heroes die at the hands of women.

But in the end, you cannot take the money with you when you die, and you cannot take the women either.

The punishment for stealing money is to chop off the right hand. Is there a "potong" punishment for illicit sex? Especially for sex bought with the rakyat's money?

I love this place we all call MALAYSIA! Where else in the world can u get to watch this sort of drama, sit back and laugh and at the same time worry for your future generation....

Getting extremely EXTREMELY sick of MALAYSIAN politics.. We have elected politicians who aren't able to plan, strategise and handle rakyat's fate in good faith and in name of progress..

Instead, we have politicians who

1) debate over who's ass has been ravaged as latest news

2) immediately refuse to take any action and turn on denial mode when problems are pointed out by rakyat such as unscrupulous taxi drivers and fares and many other problems... etc etc

3)successfully led the country into escalating fuel and electricity hikes, which in turn increases all materials and living costs and hence, reduction in rakyat's standard of living conditions given constant pay with lesser benefits

4)turn Malaysia into a playground with so-called 'elected' politicians playing up the stupidest pranks against each other... So much so that such inconsideration from these monkeys has turned KLSE into a LAUGHINGSTOCK for global and even local investors

In the interim... more and more power and riches are being hoarded by selected few...

5) instead of being concerned with global issues like escalating inflation on food and material costs, global recession and retrenchment which we have just been given a microlevel example like the shutting down of NIKKO factory in Penang and loss of 1000 jobs, we have politicians who are more concerned with the ban of high heels and lipsticks..

Malaysian politics.. stay tuned, nowhere has stupidity and discrimination reign so high in its pre-requisites.
I am embarrassed to be living in year 2008 when our politics doesn't even allow an elected PM to be a woman, not to mention a 'Malaysian'.

Inikah harapan setiap rakyat Malaysia?

To me Najib link to Altantuya is history already and no more a hidden secret, so what so explosive about the SD as reported in Malaysikini??? without any solid evidence is yet another disappointment, Najib will obviously denial, so what?

But damage was done to two persons, the private investigator himself about his professionalism and Altantuya which suggest that she can sleep with anybody and susceptible to anal intercourse.

What a heartless selfish animal to complicate her further just for their personal gain knowing very well she can't be here to defend herself. I hope those selfish animal can sleep very well.

No wonder they are having nightmares that people are trying to assassinate them, too many sins already.

nice name for a country

SODOMIA

Anonymous said...

LOL... what a punchline. Didn't see that coming.

Anonymous said...

THE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT SODOMY OR SEXUAL PREFERENCES OF OUR POLITICIANS. BUT WE ARE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT CORRUPTION AND MURDER IN HIGH PLACES. AND WE CONCERNED ABOUT A TAMPERED JUDICIAL SYSTEM. AND WE ARE VERY CONCERNED THAT OUR ECONOMY IS SINKING FAST AND THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO RUNNING THE COUNTRY.

The accused personalities hold high positions. For there to be any fair and unhampered investigations, the accused should at least be suspended or transferred from their current positions. How are lower level cops going to investigate their IGP? How are the lower level military officers going to investigate the Minister of Defence? The inactions of our PM in this whole episode, and the lack of leadership in steering the nation out of the crisis is indeed very disappointing. Authority as PM has been conferred to him, but he has not earned the respect yet.
