A Blessed Year of the Tiger to one and all

It's a special day for me today in more ways than one. It's the first day of the Lunar New Year as the Tiger takes over from the Ox. It's also Valentine's Day. And it was this day 20 years ago that I tied the knot with my wife. So it's a time of reflection in today's On The Beat as I wish all of you a very Blessed Year of the Tiger.

Congrats Datuk. Now think about your children. Think about your grandchildren and those further down the generations. What future would they have in this country if PERKASA succeeds in achieving what it has set out to do, arouse the Malays and Muslims against the non-Malays and non-Muslims so as to keep UMNO in power. Would you play along with their game or would you do something to ameliorate the damages they are and will continue to do.

Chun Wai, I believe you have a conscience, so I believe that although you operate under difficult circumstances at theStar, the fact that your blog is titled New Malaysia showed that you have the future of Malaysia which I assume would also be the future of your children and grandchildren, at heart, and you would be doing something to change the rotten situation in Malaysia.

Please show us that you do really care for a new better Malaysia
