Blame game in Pakatan starts

Latest: Penang PKR slams Karpal Singh

DAP lawyer Karpal Singh (left) has blamed Anwar Ibrahim for creating the party-hopping culture and causing trouble in Pakatan Rakyat. He also asked Anwar Ibrahim to step down as PR de facto leader and to stop creating trouble. Strong words indeed but that's Karpal Singh for you. He is consistent in his stand, even if it means offending his fellow PR leaders. He is against the setting up of an Islamic state and he spoke up when DAP and PKR leaders have started to compromise their stand by keeping a deafening silence.

After all, there is the possibility of winning in the next elections and nobody wants to ruin anything, even if it means compromising their political principles. But Karpal Singh seems to be the odd man out again. He remembers the Sept 16 scam and massive frog hunting exercise from Sabah, Sarawak to Taiwan when many chose to forget or ignore it.

A war of words have erupted following Karpal Singh's statement and the word is that PKR leaders are busy writing their press statements to whack Karpal Singh. Politics in Malaysia is always exciting and unpredictable.

Is that what PAKATAN RAKYAT can offer??? Before G.E., they claimed they are united & undivided. When now there's problem, they are pointing fingers to one & another.

Is this the type of Govt. in waiting Malaysians are longing for??? Cut it short...."Malaysians who naively voted for Pakatan Rakyat in the G.E. had been FOOLED".

It's still NOT to late to realize your mistake. Start supporting the MIGHTY BN now!!!

The real enemy is the double face PAS and UMNO! Karpal is making one big mistake to topple Anwar, since Anwar is getting a lot of educated Malay support, and has contributed a lot and suffered a lot, and such Malay support includes from hidden ones, especially from the civil service. Yes, Anwar make a lot of mistakes but who doesn't, including what used to be very ethnocentric DAP before. As long as we realized and correct our mistakes, then we move on towards progressive history-making that will ensure real secular constitutional democracy rules in Malaysia, that ensures justice, equality and peace for ALL Malaysians! But by Karpal pursuing this, will however ensure Islamists from PAS and UMNO will get their big day!

Karpal Singh is outspoken leader but always need to appreciate Anwar for current state of DAP winning seats in Penang, Perak & Selangor. I didnt say that others leaders are not contributed but remember that Anwar is totally the most suitable leader to take control and manage PR for now. Karpal definitely not the right man for replacement and any other leaders in PR for now. SO he should highlight his grouses in PR council meeting and not to media for now. Sometime, disagreement need to be settled through face to face discussion and not through media.

Of so many PKR leaders only Karpal sensed that something rotten was on the shelf when Bota's assembly men defected to Pakatan. He was the only person in PKR who was suspicious with the defection. No-one had taught that the defection was hoax except the mastermind - BN. Obviously everyone in PKR now knows that the defection was a trick. It was part of BN's strategy to lure PKR into believing that their party men was crossing over in response to Anwar's call. So happy Anwar that he had immediately held a press conference to anounce a good news. He had no slightest idea that three of his assembly men were plotting to do exactly what he had preached and teached. I think this is the politic at its very best. So sleek but yet so effective. For that BN must be congratulated. It seems that PKR has been defeated at its own court and this has terribly upset Karpal. The question why only Anwar? Obviously the whole PKR machinery has failed and all their leaders like the Lim's clan, the Ngeh's brothers including Karpel himself must take responsibility.

HIDUP UMNO! HIDUP MELAYU!

The trouble, PR is too democratic to the extend, they are indifferent. They are unconcerned debate or argument, maybe, beyond the understanding of ordinary citizens in the street.
Western or pure democracy, is still a long way off to be fully appreciated. This of course works in UMNO favor...if this was to happen in BN camp, it will be silenced and nothing will be published in MSM, Dato Wong, I need not tell you about freedom of press in this country.

With Karpal outburst it will make sense for Lim Kit Siang and Lim Eng Guan to approach BN and join BN
DAP should leave Pakatan and Anwar the angel that DAP never knew

Karpal can say what he wants and so is Anwar. What is the big deal, blaming each other is not going to help. Anyway Karpal has his principles and Anwar being an ex UMNO, can't blame him much.

Whatever the outcome, UMNO and BN going to pay for this drama created by them. The 3 PR ADUN is nothing but liability.

Karpal Singh is an elder statesman. He should be a Tun by now. But one thing about him is he does not know what to say in public and what to discuss behind closed doors.

Karpal is beginning to sound cranky and eccentric. Maybe its time he retired. At this time when PR needs to be united there he goes blasting off his own cannon. No wonder DAP failed to win Penang without Anwar's help.

You reap what you sow. Anwar and Nizar are to blame.

Dear WCW,

Your blogs are getting very tiresome to read nowadays and your efforts in spin doctoring is not going to change the support of the people for PR.
