Political transformers

It's amazing how some defeated candidates of Barisan Nasional component parties have changed - they have now turned their guns on their Barisan boss, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. From kissing his hands and paying homage to him, they have now blamed him for the massive losses in the elections.
The best part is that while Pak Lah has accepted responsibility for the shocks, these critics are saying they were not a major factor for the losses. Predictably, they have also refused to let go of their party posts, their standard line being "the need to rebuild their parties". It's shameful, really.
But such political transformers are not merely confined to Barisan. There are plenty in Pakatan Rakyat too. Despite proclaiming to uphold lofty ideals, some are offering justification when it comes to party hopping. Suddenly, it is acceptable for Barisan MPs to cross over to Pakatan. In the name of the People, of course. Never for position and money.

NO, chun wai, the sharks and buayas in amno have NOT changed. They are as bad and hypocritical as ever pre and post election. They are behaving this way because they have not changed stripes. As for PR trying to get some kataks, PR has no choice. The rotten amno fed ministers like lesbo and mudX2 have already shown that they will sabotage the 5 PR states. And if mamak's proxy gets into power, there could be another operation lalang2 to suppress the PR and the rakyat. And having a tainted mongolian as a successor? That's horrifying. Com'on Chun Wai, if you wanna blog, please leave your MCA/BN obligations behind. You don't need to add in the PR bit at the end of your article to please your bosses. The PR is working hard to clean up the horrible and shocking scams they found. If that is state level corruption, then the federal level ones will be much more horriying. YES, the RAKYAT need a new broom to dig up the scams.

No one has ever seen a mainstream Malaysian newspaper have such a scathing front page editorial as in the New Straits Times today. About time that Malaysian politicians - opposition or otherwise - are told what the people think of them. Syabas NST. Syabas Datuk Wong.
